On 10/21/12, I ordered a Halloween costume for my 10 year old son. It has never arrived.

I contacted the company www.webhats.com who informed me, via email, the item is on back order. They've never attempted to contact me and the website did not indicate that this item was on back order. If it had, I wouldn't have ordered it from this website. Needless to say, I'm pissed off.

It's 2 days before Halloween, my son has no costume and the folks at www.webhats.com could care less. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER, EVER purchase anything from this company.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Agree Terrible Customer Service. They sold me spider webs that were not even as good as cotton balls.

It cost me $20 to send ti back for which they did not accept and was returned to me and I was charged another $20 for the return. So, all in all, I have spend in excess of $75 for spider webs that were/are unusable.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS AND HAVE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

same experience for a Christmas party. The items showed "In-Stock", I placed my order, paid extra for 1-2 day shipping, expected to have my order on Wednesday for the party on Saturday.

NO response from webhats...at all. I emailed them everyday, left voicemails without a response. My last email was to cancel my order which was sent to them on Saturday, after my mail arrived, on the day of the party. The only response I received was a week later I received an email stating my order was cancelled.

I will NEVER try and order anything from them again. I had to go out, the day of the party and scramble to find what I wanted.

Seriously. Awful.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on 25 August 2014. NO WHERE on the site did it say it was a "pre-order". I needed this for a party on 28 September 2014 and knew I ordered in time.

After countless calls (no one ever answered the phone--only was able to leave voicemails) and emails, I FINALLY received a response from someone who wasn't helpful. She gave no apologies just said she had cancelled the order. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service.

Only picking 1 star because I have to pick something. Very frustrating.

Webhats.com is the worst company I've dealt with. Wish I searched about it before ordering.

I am having the exact same problem with WebHats.com right now. Ordered some things on 1/22/14 and as of today (2/19/14) haven't received anything.

I have emailed them multiple times, and keep getting the same answer "one item is on back order, we will ship as soon as possible" They never attempted to contact me, telling me this.

I had to email them. Don't order from them!

Having the same problem right now and can't get anyone to return my emails or phone calls. Paid for speedy shipping and it's been over a week.

I agree with the post.

Do NOT do business with this company. I wish I had seen this before I ordered :-/

Customer service would not respond to me at all!

I have never experienced such poor customer service! Horrible company to work with!!
