I have had a similar problem recently. I ordered a hat sometime in beginning of September.
I emailed around the beginning of October to confirm my orded was still "in process." I received an email saying that it was still in the cue. However, it is now mid October and I finally emailed to ask if it would arrive I time for halloween. The customer service answered that the fulfilment time is unknown since they still dont have the item in stock. Great....
no halloween hat..
now what? I am just annoyed that there was no attempt to communicate so that I wiuld have sufficient time to order another hat without having to do rush shipping.
